Shisha Coal Heat Management Control was specifically designed to regulate the transfer of heat from charcoal to Shisha. It also works to reduce coal contaminants that pass from charcoal to the hookah flavour.

It stops a significant amount of ash, ultra-fine particles, and effective gasses from passing through from the charcoal into the clouds a hookah user inhales, making the clouds smoother, cleaner, and tastier. It also has the added benefit of extending the life of a session, so you and your friends can spend more time bonding and less time fussing with changing heads and managing charcoal.

This product is quite useful for hookah bars, cafe lounges as it uniformly distributes the heat thus requires no coal rotation. Simply place the coals in the Heat Manafment Systems within minutes your patrons are smoking away for hours without you having to constantly come over and re-add coals.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Using a Heat Management System with Shisha Foil:

  1. Preparation: Start with a clean and dry hookah bowl for optimal flavor. Evenly distribute your preferred shisha flavor, around 18-22 grams, into the bowl. Make sure not to overpack, and keep the shisha below the rim of the bowl to prevent burning.
  2. Foil Application: Take a piece of shisha foil, ensuring it’s large enough to cover the top of the bowl and has some excess to wrap around the sides. Stretch the foil tightly over the bowl so it’s smooth; this will help with even heat distribution. Applying foil to the bowl also provides an additional layer of protection against breakage before placing the Heat Management System (HMS) when using clay bowl.
  3. Hole Punching: Use a toothpick or foil poker to create holes in the foil. The number and pattern of holes can depend on your personal preference. More holes will provide more heat and less flavor, while fewer holes will give less heat and more flavor.
  4. Placement of the Heat Management System: After securing the foil, place the HMS directly on top. The HMS serves as a barrier between the heat source and the shisha and aids in distributing heat evenly.
  5. Adding the Charcoal: Light your hookah charcoal separately. Once it’s fully lit and glowing, carefully place the charcoal pieces inside the HMS.
  6. Adjusting the Vent: The HMS features an adjustable vent. You can control the amount of heat reaching the shisha by opening or closing this vent. If the smoke is too thin or the flavor weak, close the vent to trap more heat. If the smoke is harsh or the flavor burnt, open the vent to cool down the system.
  7. Enjoy Your Session: Now, you’re ready to start your smoking session. The combination of the HMS and the foil should give you a clean, smooth, and flavorful smoke with less concern over heat management.
  8. Post-Session Cleaning: Once your session is over, let the HMS cool down before cleaning. Thoroughly clean it with warm water and a scrubbing brush to prevent residue buildup. The shisha foil can simply be removed and discarded, which makes cleanup easier and prevents shisha residue from staining the bowl.
